A medium-bodied, brisk cup which feels ample in the mouth and starts with a distinct tropical fruity flavor akin to cantaloupe which gradually gains prominence as you make your way through the cup. Subtle notes of wintergreen oil interlaced with muted floral characters, redolent of amaryllis is discernible around the edges; thereby intensifying the flavors and rendering a sweet, floral texture to the cup. Mild leafy accents come through towards the back which however ebb to finish on delectable notes of honeydew melon, which lingers on making for a sublime experience of Winter Frost teas from the Blue Mountains.
